This seems to be a product only in Oz, so I have not personally tested. I looked up and read the statistics. Although it seems pretty solid, I would not recommend that right after your workout. Do you have a window after training from 1 hour to improve your muscles and feed digestion of whey protein in 30 minutes, making it the only protein to arrive on time on target. However, Musashi contains 92 soy protein and casein, which slows digestion. Since you do not know the amount of protein in each hand, is made from whey, it should not be an option after the training. At any other time, are mixtures of such proteins very well, more protein to your diet, including the formulation of a good meal replacement in a hurry.
